We have sent all of our past guests a 2009 “Past Guest Appreciation Postcard” with a blue label on it. All guests who stay with us between March 1, 2009 & December 31, 2009 will be given an additional $25 off their total stay in combination with any other discounts we may be offering at the time. If you are a “Preferred Guest Vacation Card” holder you will get another $25 off your stay.  That’s an extra $50 off your stay! Your postcard also entitles you to one entry into our prize drawing which will be held on January 4, 2010. We are giving away several free vacations, Hidden Springs Resort gift cards & cash prizes! Your gift card can be used to purchase discount tickets available in our office to such places as Dixie Stampede, Dollywood & Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies. It can also be used to purchase commonly forgotten items available in our office or to rent DVD’s during your Smoky Mountain vacation.

4. A gift certificate will be sent by mail which must be presented at check-in when redeeming certificate.
5. We will show acknowledgement to our winners on our website.Winners may be required to sign a written authorization form allowing us to post their name & location on our website. No private and/or personal information will be used.
6. The promotional vacation giveaway & gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or used with any other postacard mailings.
7. Your certificate will be valid for one year from the date issued expiring January 4, 2011.
8. Your gift certificate will be valid anytime excluding peak season & holiday times (including Valentine’s weekend) and entitles you to a one or two bedroom cabin. At management’s discretion and for an additional costs cabin size may be upgraded to three bedroom and larger.
9. Your certificate is non-transferable unless approved my management in advance.
10. You must be 21 years of age or older to win.
